Privacy Policy

This policy covers partners.aifilmss.com (the “Partner Portal”), operated by AI FILMS (contact: contact@aifilmss.com). The Partner Portal shows brands that sponsor videos on the AI FILMS YouTube channel the results of those videos, together with proposals and publishing dates.

YouTube API Services

The Partner Portal uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API) to display statistics for videos published on the AI FILMS channel. By using the Partner Portal you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• Whose account: only the AI FILMS channel owner connects a Google account, with read-only access. Partners never sign in with Google and no data is read from partners’ Google or YouTube accounts.
• What we read: public video statistics (views, likes, comments) and aggregated, anonymous channel analytics for the specific sponsored videos (watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained, shares, and audience breakdowns by country, age group, gender, device and traffic source). YouTube does not give us any information that identifies individual viewers.
• How it’s used: each brand sees figures only for the videos made with that brand. Data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else.
• Storage: the Google authorization token is stored encrypted on Cloudflare and is never sent to browsers. Fetched figures are stored with the brand’s page and refreshed from YouTube automatically when the page is opened (at most every 12 hours). They are deleted together with the brand page.
• Revoking access: the channel owner can disconnect at any time from the admin panel or at Google security settings.

Partner sign-in and activity

When a partner signs in, we record the time, username, approximate location (city and country, estimated by Cloudflare from the IP address), IP address, and browser/device type, as well as actions such as viewing the page, downloading data, opening videos and answering proposals. We use this only to keep partner pages secure and to know when information has been seen. These records are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically.

Cookies

The Partner Portal sets one strictly necessary, signed cookie to keep you signed in (7 days for partners). We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Hosting

The Partner Portal runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.

Your choices

Partners can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about them, or to close their partner page, by emailing contact@aifilmss.com.

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above.
